Add content via USB device

Here's how to add photos, videos, and other files to your ibi using an external USB drive.

ibi Mobile App

1. Open the ibi mobile app on your iOS or Android device
2. Plug a USB device into your ibi's USB port - if you're logged into the ibi mobile app, you will receive a notification
3. Tap on the menu icon in the upper left corner and tap "COPY USB"
4. A pop-up window will ask if you want to move files "From drive" (from USB drive to ibi), or "To drive" (from ibi to USB drive) - tap on the appropriate button
5. In the pop-up window, tap "Copy All" to choose all files - when complete, tap "View Files" to check out your imported files  
   OR  
   Tap "Select Files or Folders" to choose specific folder(s) from your USB drive. Then tap "More" and tap "Copy to...", then choose a folder on your ibi and tap "Copy Here" to begin import.

1. Go to ibi.sandisk.com and log into your account
2. Plug a USB device into your ibi's USB port
3. Click  on the 3-line menu in the upper left corner of the screen or open the browser in full screen mode
4. Click on the COPY USB icon
5. In the pop-up window, click "Copy All" to choose all files - when complete, click "View Files" to check out your imported files  
   OR  
   click "Select Files or Folders" to choose specific folder(s) from your USB drive. Then click "More" and tap "Copy to...", then choose a folder on your ibi and click "Copy Here" to begin import.
