Here's how to automatically back up your mobile device's files into ibi:
- Open the ibi mobile app on your iOS or Android device
- Tap the icon in the upper left corner and tap "Settings"
- Tap the toggle switch next to the "Automatic backup is off" message to start auto backups to ibi
- Tap "Settings" to access more auto backup options
- Tap "Auto Backup" under APP SETTINGS
- Tap the toggle switch next to the auto backup option to enable or disable
Optional: To keep using Auto Backup when you're away from a wireless network, you can enable "Cellular Data Backup". Please be careful with this setting, since it will use your cellular data service when transferring files on the road.
Android Option: To backup additional storage that does not reside in the Photo Gallery, tap "Backup Other Folders" at the auto backup configuration screen.
iOS Option: To backup iCloud content to your ibi, sign in to your iCloud account on the iOS mobile phone. ibi will automatically download the iCloud content to your mobile phone and auto backup to ibi.
More Information: The Auto Backup option will remain enabled as long as you are signed into the app. Each time you open the app, it will automatically add new photos on your device to your account. For more feature details, please check How does auto backup work?
