To download ibi apps, use one of the following methods:
- Log into the ibi web app from any PC or mobile device
- Visit the ibi apps page to get links to all ibi apps
- Mobile apps available on Apple app store and Google Play Store
To download the ibi mobile app, visit the Apple App Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices) and search "SanDisk ibi"
To download the ibi desktop app, visit the ibi apps page linked above
You can also download the ibi desktop app when logged into the ibi mobile & web apps. Tap on the icon in upper-left corner and select “Get desktop app”.
NOTE:
ibi web sites are designed to be responsive to mobile and desktop browsers. In some cases when the browser is not in full-screen mode the download link for the ibi desktop app may not appear. Placing the browser in full-screen mode will allow for the download link to appear for the desktop app.
