If you cannot connect to your ibi using the Web, Mobile or Desktop App you can check the following to ensure your ibi is connected to the Internet.
The possible causes of your ibi being offline are:
Your ibi Device
- Not powered on
- LED is blinking indicating a non-ready state
- Did not receive a DHCP IP address from the router
- DHCP IP address changed
- System Erase in progress

Your Computer
- Firewall, Anti-Virus, Malware, Internet Security or End Point Protection software blocking incoming network queries

Your network environment
- Your ibi is not connected via WiFi to the Internet facing router
- Router Security feature blocking local queries, filtering or blocking incoming network traffic
- Parental Controls enable on the router
- ISP filtering or blocking network traffic
- Issue with remote location network and or DNS servers
