Offline and Not Connected
If your ibi is not connected to any network
- In the ibi mobile app tap the menu icon in the upper left corner
- Select "Settings" (Gear icon)
- Under CURRENT STORAGE select your ibi
- Make sure you are near your ibi and tap continue in the Switch Networks pop up message
- Tap Change Wi-Fi at the bottom
- Connect your ibi to the desired network
Online and Connected
If your ibi is connected to a network
- In the ibi mobile app tap the menu icon in the upper left corner
- Select "Settings" (Gear icon)
- Under CURRENT STORAGE select your ibi
- Tap "Network" (you will see the network name the ibi is currently connected to)
- Tap "Network" again
- Make sure you are near your ibi and tap "Continue" in the Switch Networks pop up message
- After the app connects to your ibi tap continue
- Connect your ibi to the desired network
