Thumbnail and preview support for iPhone and iPad HEIC files are supported when the content is added to ibi using the iOS mobile device. To ensure your HEIC files will display a thumbnail, use the ibi iOS mobile app "Auto Backup" or "Add Photo" features to import HEIC photos to your ibi device.
Thumbnail and preview support for Android HEIC file are NOT supported.
