IMPORTANT:
- Collecting the ibi logs is only done from the local network and not over the Internet.
- ibi logs contain a comprehensive diagnostic report including the application, system, crash, kernel and other statistical content.

ibi Web App Option
The ibi web app option can be used if ibi is online and accessible.
- Go to https://ibi.sandisk.com and sign in
- Click the menu icon in the upper left hand corner of the screen
- Click Settings
- Click ibi located under Current Storage
- Click DEVICE LOGS
- Save the debug_logs.tar.gz file to the local computer
- Attach the logs to the support incident
ibi Offline Option
If ibi LED is Slow Breathing or Offline, the IP address can be used to get the logs.

EXAMPLE COMMAND (with the IP Address of ibi)

- Log into your router
- Locate the "Attached Devices", "UPnP" or "NAT-PNP" table
- Obtain the Internal IP Address of ibi
- Copy and paste the command below replacing LOCAL_IP with the Internal IP Address of ibi into a web browser
- Save the debug_logs.tar.gz file to the local computer
- Attach the logs to the support incident

NOTE: If a timeout error is received "This site can't be reached", please refer to Instructions for troubleshooting your ibi device.
ibi Manual SoftAP Option
SoftAP option can be used when ibi is Fast, Slow Breathing or offline.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- ibi will create an open 2.4 GHz network
- There is no password to connect to ibi in SoftAP mode
- SoftAP mode has a 2 minute time out. If no connection is made within 2 minutes, SoftAP will disable and you will have to start over again
- ibi's local IP address will be 192.168.43.1

- Press the "reset button" on the bottom of ibi for 1-2 seconds to make the device broadcast its own network SSID of ibi-END OF SN
- Connect a Wi-Fi capable computer to ibi's 2.4 GHz SSID
- Copy and paste the command below into a web browser
- Save the debug_logs.tar.gz file to the local computer
- Attach the logs to the support incident
