USB backup of mobile phones and camera are not supported by ibi. To auto backup your iOS or Android mobile device, please refer to Auto backup your mobile device's files.
Content from camera's can be imported from a supported external USB device using the ibi mobile app or from the Windows or macOS computer using the ibi desktop app. For more details, please see Add content via USB device, Add content via ibi desktop app and Add content via ibi web app
