ibi LED will blink fast in a "fast breathing rhythm" and become offline under the following conditions.
No Wi-Fi Connection
There is no Wi-Fi connection or the connection has been lost.

Incorrect Wi-Fi Password
The password to the wireless access point is not correct.
Try connecting to a different wireless access point (2.4 GHz instead of 5 GHz), double check the password and try again.
ibi Cloud Server Communication Issue
Connectivity Issue between ibi and ibi servers (Device Offline).

Attention Needed or Device Fault
ibi needs a reboot or has entered into a fault mode.
- Ensure to connect ibi to a wall outlet instead of a power strip
- Power off and on ibi by removing the power plug, wait a few minutes and insert the power plug again.
- To replace your ibi, return it to the place of purchase or submit an Online Return Material Authorization(RMA) Request

Factory Reset or System Erase
ibi System Erase or Factory Restore has been initiated using the reset bin, web or mobile app.
