Windows Explorer uses SMB (Samba), macOS Finder uses SMB (Samba) and AFP (Apple File Protocol) to see network storage devices. ibi does not support SMB or AFP, but can be accessed using macOS using the ibi Desktop App. Click Here to get the desktop app and install on Windows or macOS.
