Attempting to connect to an unsupported Wi-Fi network may result in a Wi-Fi not supported message. Successful connection to an unsupported network type will result in Device Offline and Slow Blinking LED.

- Change the Wi-Fi connected type and or security mode on the router to an ibi supported network type.
Please refer to your router user manual for supported Wi-Fi standards and how to change to a supported Wi-Fi network type and security mode. - Connect ibi to a different and supported Wi-Fi network type.

- 802.11 B (2.4GHz)
Most Wi-Fi routers provide support for other 802.11 standards that will work with your ibi. Please refer to your router user manual for supported Wi-Fi standards and how to change to a supported Wi-Fi network type and security mode. - EAP (Extensible Authentication Protocol)
Wi-Fi networks that require a corporate or private certificate - Captive Portal
Wi-Fi networks that require you to open a web browser and authenticate to gain access such Hotels, Coffee shops, Airports, Offices, etc.. - WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy)
