The setup of ibi may not be successful when NETGEAR Live Parental Controls are enabled and set to high.
Use the instructions listed below to Disable or Lower the settings in NETGEAR Live Parental Controls to setup your ibi device and to obtain an over the air firmware update.
The firmware update process may take a few hours after ibi has been connected to Wi-Fi and setup. After ibi has rebooted from the firmware update, NETGEAR Live Parental Controls can be enabled again, set to normal or a higher level.
