How do I check ibi firmware version?

Use the steps below to check and view the version of firmware of your ibi device.

1. Open the ibi mobile app or log into the ibi web app
2. Click or Tap the 3-line Menu icon located on the upper left of the screen or open the browser window in full screen mode
3. Tap "Settings"
4. Tap the ibi listed under CURRENT STORAGE
5. View the "Software Version" (firmware version)

IMPORTANT NOTE: This process does not trigger an Over the Air Firmware Update and will only allow you to view the existing firmware version installed on your ibi.
