Backup ibi to USB device

Here's how backup (export) content from ibi to an external USB drive.

1. Open the ibi mobile app on your iOS or Android device
2. Plug in a USB device into your ibi's USB port - if you're logged into the ibi mobile app, you will receive a notification
3. Tap on the menu icon in the upper left corner and tap "Import USB"
4. A pop-up window will ask if you want to move files "From drive" (from USB drive to ibi), or "To drive" (from ibi to USB drive)
5. Select "To Drive" (from ibi to USB drive)
6. In the pop-up window, tap "Copy All" to choose all files - when complete, tap "View Files" to check out your imported files  
   OR  
   Tap "Select Files or Folders" to choose specific folder(s) from your ibi. Then tap "More" and tap "Copy to...", then choose a folder on your USB drive and tap "Copy Here" to begin exporting content from ibi to your USB drive.
