Add content to a specific folder

Follow the steps below to add content to a specific folder location on ibi.

Mobile App

1. Open the ibi mobile app on your iOS or Android device
2. Tap the (3-line) menu icon in the upper left corner
3. Tap "Files & Folders" or "Shared"
4. Go into the folder that you want to add content
5. Tap the + sign in the lower left hand corner of the screen
6. Tap "Upload photos or videos"
7. Tap the photo or video to select or tap "Select all"
8. Tap "Add"

Web App

IMPORTANT! The ibi Web App is limited to uploading files. Folder upload is not supported.

1. Sign  in to the ibi web app
2. Click the 3-line Menu icon located in the upper left of the screen or open the browser in full screen mode
3. Click "Files & Folders" or "Shared"
4. Go into the folder that you want to add content
5. Click the ... (3-dot) menu icon in the upper right corner
6. Click "Add File"
7. Select files that you want to add
8. Click OK
