Installation of the ibi Desktop App fails with an "OS Not Compatible" message on a Windows Computer.
The ibi desktop app is supported on the following 64-bit Windows platforms:
- Windows 10 (64-bit)
- Windows 8.x (64-bit)
- Widows 7 Service Pack 1 (64-bit)
To check your version of Windows:
- Type msinfo32 into the Windows search box
- Pess the Enter key on the keyboard or click on the Windows System Information desktop app
- Check the System Type to determine if 32-bit or 64-bit
The ibi Web App can be used instead.
