Backup Files via Mirror It

Enable Mirror It

1. Go to https://ibi.sandisk.com and log into your account
2. Click the 3-line Menu icon located in the upper left of the screen or open the browser window in full screen mode
3. Click on the DO MORE icon
4. Locate ibi Mirror It and click on it
5. Click ENABLE
6. Click CONFIGURE
7. Select your payment plan
8. Complete billing information
9. Place order
10. Backups will then be enabled

How do I force a backup to happen now?

1. Go to https://ibi.sandisk.com and log into your account
2. Click the 3-line Menu icon located in the upper left of the screen or open the browser window in full screen mode
3. Click on the DO MORE icon
4. Located ibi Mirror It and click on it
5. Click CONFIGURE
6. A new window will open showing options to Run backup now and Restore to Desktop/Laptop
7. Click Run backup now
8. Backup will start
