Setting up Apple TV Service on your ibi

Install ibi on Apple TV

ibi installation on your Apple TV steps below:

1. Click on "App Store" app in Apple TV
2. Click on "Search" tab
3. Type "ibi, The Photo Manager"
4. Click on "ibi"
5. Click on "Install"
6. This will add the ibi application to your Apple TV and will show up in the "Home" screen

Viewing Content

ibi channel viewing steps below:

1. Make sure Apple TV and ibi are on the same network
2. Open ibi app
3. Click on “Login” button
4. Enter Username and password of ibi account
5. You are all set to enjoy memories

Playback Support

Supported Image Types:

• PNG
• JPG
• GIF(non-animated)
• TIFF
• Raw images

Supported Video Codecs:

• H.264/AVC (.MKV, .MP4, .MOV, .M4V)
• 4K H.264
• 4K H.265/HEVC (.MKV, .MP4, .MOV)

Supported Audio Codecs:

• AAC, MP3, FLAC, AC3, eAC3, AIFF, WAV

Unsupported Audio/Video Codecs:

• Video codecs/containers not mentioned are not supported. There will be a message "This video is not playable or not supported" if the video container or codec is not supported.
• Audio codecs that are not supported an error message is displayed "Unsupported audio codec. You may experience audio issues."
