If you attempt to create a new login or try to login with your existing account, you may see the following messages if the service is not available:
- The authentication service is not reachable, please try again later (error code 10005)
- The authentication service is not reachable, please try again later (error code 10006)
This can be caused by:
- local Internet connection issues
- ISP (Internet Service Provider) issues
If you do see either of these messages, please wait for a few minutes before trying to create a new login or logging in with your existing account.
