The ibi Mobile App supports saving photo and video content to the mobile phone's Camera Roll on iOS and Photo Gallery on Andriod that have been shared with you using a shared link.
On Android
- Tap on the link of the Shared photo
- Photo will open in your default browser
- Tap Download at the bottom of the screen
- Select your download location
- Tap Download
- Open your Photo Gallery and find your photo
On iOS
- Tap on the link of the Shared photo
- Photo will open in your default browser
- Tap Download at the bottom of the screen
- Long press on the photo
- Tap Save Image
- Open Photos and find your photo
NOTE: You cannot download photos/videos from the Shared tab of the Mobile App
